USAA - Internal Audit - Senior Auditor
USAA is currently seeking talented Senior Auditor for the San Antonio, TX facility.

PURPOSE OF JOB - Provides specialized audit services on operational, financial, compliance and/or information technology internal audit assignments. Works with customer area management to improve internal controls.
JOB DUTIES
  1. Audits complex functions on assigned team and may provide leadership on less complex audits or portions of complex ones. Ensures compliance with corporate and professional audit standards.
  2. Advises Audit community on processes and practices, including the preparation of risk assessments.
  3. May review the work of other auditors assigned to the engagements. May coach and mentor audit staff.
  4. Coordinates preparation of audit reports and integration of management's response.
  5. Develops and implements improvements in the current internal control or operating environment.
